market leader in most markets with a total global market share of almost

Marketing
The local dealer do agree to market the
Index Braille and Accessibility (M) Sdn Bhd product line as a first
class
products in his marketing organization.
Index will supply the
local dealer with required standard
marketing material.
The minimum quantity required to maintain a
prioritised dealer is an annual sales volume of
US 30K.
Service
The local dealer shall maintain and service the
products in the territory
and is responsible
but not limited to service the products sold by the local dealer.
Warranty
Index Braille And Accessibility (M) Sdn Bhd provides a two (2) years warranty or 200 000 pages (5 milj.
pages for Index 4Waves Pro), whatever comes first, on Braille embossers
and related products, in
accordance with Orgalime S2000. During the warranty period Index Braille
and Accessibility (M) Sdn Bhd will cover the cost of exchange parts or modules, including shipping cost.
The local dealer is responsible for labour and local shipping cost for
repair during the warranty period.
Costs for return of exchanged modules are covered by the
local dealer.
Warranty for products of other
brands applies to the conditions offered by the respective manufacturer,
typically one year.
Dealer conditions
The local dealer will follow the Index Braille
and Accessibility's official price list. USD prices in all
countries except Malaysia where Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) is used.
- Local dealer discount
is calculated based
on annual sales volume and market
situation.
- Discount on spare parts and replacement modules.
- Demonstration equipment

when signing up as an Index local dealer, the
local dealer has the opportunity to purchase equipment with demo discount to set up the local marketing
organisation.
- Payment in advance by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
Notice that Letter of Credit (L/C) is not accepted!

Asian/South Pacific for Index Braille products is exclusively managed by Index Braille
and Accessibility (M) Sdn Bhd, locally represented by a network of professional dealers.
Products manufactured by other companies may be distributed by Index Braille
and Accessibility (M) Sdn Bhd exclusively in Malaysia as
well as other countries, however some product may
also be represented locally by other
companies in the area.
