Currency: Malaysian Ringgit within Malaysia and US$  in all other countries.

Freight: By courier outside West Malaysia and Singapore unless otherwise requested.
General freight conditions according to Orgalime S2000. 
Carriage and Insurance prepaid to final destination, charged in addition to the the official price list. 

Note that for countries where freight insurance may not be possible to arrange from our side, the remitter is liable to insure the consignment locally prior to the time that it is dispatched from Index Braille and Accessibility.

Price: The prices displayed here are recommended prices and may vary on different local markets depending on currency exchange rates, taxes,  add on equipment and market situation.
In the case the price quoted by your local distributor should vary unacceptable from this price list, please contact Index Braille and Accessibility for guiding and evaluation.
VAT and local taxes to be paid by receiver where applicable.

Warranty: Index Braille embossers are covered by a two (2) years warranty, following Orgalime S2000.
During warranty Index Braille will cover the cost for exchange parts or modules. 
In markets where Index Braille has a local distributor, the distributor handles service inquires.
The distributor is responsible for shipping and the direct labour costs of repairing the unit.

Warranty terms for products of other brands listed here applies to the conditions offered by the respective manufacturer.
