You can now order spare modules or return the embosser for service at fixed prices.

This will give the following advantages:

1. The turn around time is significantly reduced.

2. You will know the cost, which is typically lower than before.

3. Reduced administration and working time on all parties.

4. Reduced customs administration.

1. Index Braille and Accessibility will keep a limited selection of printer modules on this condition. 
   These modules typically covers more than 90% of faults.
   The list of available modules is included in this document.
2. When you need any of these spare modules, simply send a written order to Index Braille and Accessibility with correct part number. Also include the serial number of the embosser that you will be using the spares for.
   Index Braille and Accessibility will ship it directly.
3. After receiving the modules from Index Braille and Accessibility, your have 30 days to return the old module to Index Braille and Accessibility. Time is counted from shipment from Index Braille and Accessibility until return gods is received by by us.
4. In the return shipment, it is important that you include a fault description and serial number of the faulty unit.
5. In the case Index Braille and Accessibility do not receive the return shipment on time, a new invoice with the full price for the module will be issued and posted to you.
   Note that if  you fail to return the old unit, it may cause problems with the local customs  authorities.

         Complete embossers are not subject for replacement.
