Blind /Howe Press and their respective donors, offers subsidies to countries that by the
World Bank are listed as 'development countries'.
Notice! Due to the US trade embargo, the following developing countries
are not eligible for subsidies:
Cuba, Iran, North
Korea, Syria and Sudan.
